MVMNT 180
Our dance and mentorship program runs adjacent to the Pasco County School calendar as a nine-month program, between the months of August through May, at the MVMNT Dance Studio facility. The sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for girls ages 10-14.
Our weekly program schedule ranges from special guest speakers, to fun life skills, confidence, and self-esteem-building activities, opportunities to participate in group-style mentoring, community involvement through service projects, social activities, and exposure to the art of dance.
Our program is designed to expose each girl to positive role models, foster inclusion, build a sense of belonging, provide practical ways to overcome insecurities, develop self-esteem, strengthen self-respect and self-awareness, and build confidence in her own identity.
